Established in 2000 by Toshinosuke Takegahara as a men's shoe brand.
They create products using carefully selected high-quality materials from within Japan, as well as from Italy, France, and the UK, famous for their leather production.
Based on work shoes and daily shoes worn in the early 1900s,
these designs are modernly arranged under the philosophy of foot the coacher,
offering "the finest casual shoes."
The brand aims to create long-lasting products and a brand that compromises neither on manufacturing methods nor quality.
Classic open-toe sandals are given a modern update with a thick sole,
featuring straps on the instep and heel for an adjustable fit.
The upper is made of fine-grained calfskin, and
the sole is crafted using Vi-Lite from Vibram, a company founded in Italy in 1935 as a manufacturer of mountaineering boot soles.
The VI-LITE material used for this sole is lightweight, soft, and suitable for outdoor activities.
