Established in 2000 by Toshinosuke Takegahara as a men's shoe brand.
The brand creates products using carefully selected high-quality materials from famous leather-producing regions including Italy, France, and England, as well as within Japan.
Utilizing work and daily shoes worn in the early 1900s as design sources,
these are modernly arranged under foot the coacher's philosophy to develop "the highest quality casual shoes."
The brand aims to create products and a brand that are uncompromising in manufacturing methods and quality, and can be cherished for a long time.
Classic open-toe sandals are given a modern twist with a thick sole base.
Belts are placed on the instep and heel to allow for adjustment to better fit the wearer's foot.
The upper uses fine-grained calfskin,
while the sole is made with Vi-Lite from Vibram, an Italian company founded in 1935 as a sole manufacturer for hiking boots.
The material used in this sole (VI-LITE) is lightweight and soft, making it suitable for outdoor activities.
A model that has been minimally reconstructed by eliminating as many cut-and-sew parts as possible from traditional side-gore boots.
A stylish form that emphasizes the quality of the material.
The moderately elastic goring gently holds the ankle, and the sole uses "GLOXI CUT" by Italian company VIBRAM, which is lighter and more resistant to abrasion.
