foot the coacher
Established in 2000 by Toshinosuke Takegahara as a men's shoe brand.
The brand produces its creations by gathering carefully selected high-quality materials from Japan and famous leather-producing regions such as Italy, France, and England.
Inspired by work shoes and daily shoes worn in the early 1900s,
the brand develops "the finest casual shoes" that are modernized under foot the coacher's philosophy.
The brand aims to create products and a brand that can be cherished for a long time, with uncompromising craftsmanship and quality.
These classic open-toe sandals are modernized with a thick sole as their base.
Belts are placed on the instep and heel, allowing for adjustment to fit your foot better.
The upper uses fine-grained calfskin, and the sole is made with Vi-Lite from Vibram,
an Italian company founded in 1935 as a manufacturer of mountaineering boot soles.
The VI-LITE material used in this sole is lightweight, soft, and suitable for outdoor activities.
A moc-type slip-on reinterpreted in a minimal design.
The fur lining provides excellent warmth, keeping your feet cozy even in cold weather.
The sole uses VIBRAM's GLOXICUT, which is lightweight and wear-resistant.
